Trillionaires Invest is an automated algorithmic trading tool provided by Trillionaires LLC. Trillionaires LLC is a technology provider and NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial intermediary. Trillionaires never holds custody, deposits, or transfers user funds.

2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEE OF PROFIT

All AI analysis, 3-Judge Deliberation scores, and trading signals are strictly algorithmic outputs and do not constitute financial advice. Past benchmark performance does not guarantee future results. You trade entirely at your own discretion.

3. PAPER TRADING VS. LIVE CAPITAL

Alpha testers are strongly instructed to begin in Paper Trading Simulation Mode. If you choose to enable live trading, you accept full responsibility for any market risks, slippage, or capital fluctuations.

4. BRING YOUR OWN KEYS (BYOK) SECURITY

You connect your personal Alpaca brokerage account via API keys. Your keys are encrypted with military AES-256-GCM at rest. You retain full control over your broker account at all times.
